Default Another Girl on the forum!

Hi!
I'm the other half of Strike Zone. Hot Pursuit is the name of the charter boat that I run. Great to have a new Oregon Fishing Forum, much needed in my opinion.
Just because I'm a girl don't just ask how to cook the fish you guys catch, cuz I catch 'em too

Hi Troutski
Scotts family has been running charter boats in Winchester Bay since 1962.
When I was a sophmore in high school I worked for his parents in the office. My senior year I finally got a job on the boats as a deckhand. Scott was my Captain. The rest is history I became a captain 6 years ago and I love it. I guess I have the ocean in my blood because I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I could babble on but that gives you the jist of it.

Your very lucky to find a profession that you love and are obviously very good at, congratulations. Look forward to some day maybe sharing some adventures with you and that bad %#@ boat.

Welcome from me as well! It will be great to get reports and opinions from the flip side of the coin. Your already one up on me because if I look at the ocean I get seasick.

Welcome!

That's a nice looking boat and a nice looking fish you have there. I've yet to do any ocean fishing, but I've been thinking about one of the charter trips, probably for bottom fishing around Newport or a similar place.
