JT what are you usin at the Canby pond? I actually haven't been there even though it is 10 mins from me. I was down at the molalla river the day they stocked it, and I saw the 20lb lunker that got tossed in. Probably not a real 20 pounds but it was big...

So you asked for a Hagg report, here you go :-).
The biggest problem I faced today was just finding clear water. I think the lake could use some serious erosion control. If you find clear water and then you find shade either from overhanging trees or underwater cover there were almost always bass near by. |

In the first pic, what's the red thing with the lead jighead hanging out?
In the willamette, anywhere there is a rocky point, you'll find bass, the trouble for me is though is finding the right lure, I'll try some senkos/grubs texas rigged, GOT1 says that's the way to catch em.

Yeah I went there on Saturday morning and tried for bass and trout...only one bite on a kastmaster spoon but he got off...it wasnt a big one. I would agree the water has been pretty murky, I actually got that bite close in the murky water close to the edge of the clear water. I think a boat would help the catch rate go up... |

Yeah I wanted to suggest fishing the clear/muddy water break, but with out having tried it didn't want to accidentally give the impression I had success doing that.
