Default Fishing at greenpeter is starting to heat up!

Took my wife and daughter fishing at greenpeter 5-4-08. Fished from 1pm to 5pm we caught 13 kokanee, we had 3 doubles and my wife reeled in a 15 inch kokanee. This fish was fat. It broke the clicker in her reel. Most of the fish are running smaller this year. If your going out in a boat, watch out for the limbs and logs floating around. Does anyone know what happend to the floating restroom its gone? Down riggers dont seem to be working as well as fishing with bananna weights. How come everytime you take your spouse fishing they out fish you? weird. Talked to one other boat at the ramp they said they caught 4 planters, 3 kokes on saturday, nothing on sunday. I will be up there next weekend if it all works out. I will get some pics if I go.

What can I say, I'm envious! I've hardly been fishing for the last two months and there's no end in sight to this dry spell! Good job on getting out there with the family .

Wink

From what I have been told is; the only way to out fish a woman is to leave her on the dock.... luckily my wife doesn't fish, she may ride in the boat a couple times a year but doesn't fish....

Big Grin Women Out-Fishing Men...

[i]Well, well, the truth is finally out! Ladies, shall we tell them ALL the other things we can do as well or a bit better than they do? No, probably not. Much better they keep on keeping on with their chivalrous, gentlemanly ways with us. We couldn't make it without them...or we could leave them on the dock once in a while.
By the way, a BIG "thank you" to Troutski for the lil boat!! We love it and plan to spend time out in it real soon. Thanks,Chuck.

No problem, glad you two will enjoy it...check the reg.s so as not to get into hot water with the local constable. Remember life jackets float, we don't.
