I live on the coast in Manzanita. I have a 16ft drift boat and I'm always looking for someone to go fishing with, Salmon, Steelhead, trout or what ever. My schedule is pretty flexible weekends and weekdays. So if you're looking to fish the Nehalem, Wilson, or Nestucca from a boat hit me up.

Hello from Astoria and the Youngs Bay estuary!
I hope your invitation has a few at OFF planning on sending you a PM .
(And your post doesn't go viral)

For new members, flat landers and bankers that never thought of the lower Nehalem by Wheeler as a great fishery… Take it from a web foot Astorian. The locals around the Nehalem kind of keep it real quiet on how good and accessible the lower Nehalem really is.... If you have a boat.

BTW, NOW is the time to hit the 'Tucca. The BIG native steel, are bound to be movin' on up (to a dee lux apartment...ha ha). And I mean BIG. Over 20 pounds!

So...when can I make, a reservation? (before this really does go viral...lol)

I think I'm going to drift the Nestucca river on Wednesday, from Framers to Three rivers. I'll have an open seat.

Not much luck. I fished from framers to 3 rivers with no luck. I used shrimp and eggs the whole way. Think I missed one just after the 101 bridge. Wish I brought a fly rod to pass the time, lots of trout feeding on the surface.

Looks like the weather going to be clear and sunny on Monday. Going to drift the Nestucca river from Framers to 3 rivers again. If anyone wants to come along feel free to contact me.

Got on the river around 8:00 am this morning, I mainly fished eggs and a stealhead gig, got a solid hit about a mile and half up from the bridge. Fish made a quick run and spit the hook (eggs).Got down to 3 rivers where a guy just landed a 8lb hen using a blue fox spinner. The weather was as expected, awesome.
