Default Willamette Valley Stream

Went out this morning for a little solo fishing..Just me and nature..A good break from the hustle and bustle of this Holiday season..

Went to one of my favorite getaways that is also close to home..

The catching was not that great but I managed to catch a few little guys..

And had a few nice tugs from some heftier ones..It was nice that the rain left me alone for my time on the water..

Had a great time and thought I would share it with you folks..So after a few hours of fun I headed back to the truck..

Happy Holidays...

Its an easy oversight..The Cutties here have large spots and do resemble Browns..Some of the most unique Cutthroat in the area..

Are you saying there is a stream in the valley that has browns? If so, pleas do tell (pm me if you have to). Browns are my favorite trout to fish for and I would love to know of a stream to fish for them in that dosn't include a drive out to central Oregon.

Most of the time these days I'm fishing by my self. It's really a great way to find some calm in a busy world. Don't get me wrong though, I do enjoy fishing with friends too, it's just a little different experience.

Thanks, enjoyed the pix.
My plan is to get in some solo fishing tomorrow morning here in Central OR, haven't made up my mind just where yet.

Well as far as the location goes on where he caught the fish....you and Mokai will have to work that out. I have been threaten with death if I divulge the location.
