I know that Whoahink's there ib Honeyman Park. The lake I'm thinking of is on the other side of 101 from the Park. It's a good sized Lake.

OK I had it wrong. It's been years since I was over there. But I'm sure it's not either of those lakes. My memory isn't what it used to be.

I decided to do a search of the Florence area on MapQuest to see if I could find the lake I spoke of. It was Siltcoos Lake.

Oh...I love Siltcoos..Ever fish the river that exits the lake on its 3 mile journey to the ocean..I love that river...

No Mokai I never have fished the river below the lake. I've fished for bass there, but caught mostly perch. I'll have to try it sometime!
