Yup! 8am is the game plan. I'm bringing an ultra-light spinning setup and a medium baitcasting setup. Any suggestions for bait other than worms? Are we allowed to use minnows for bait?

Nope no minnows crawfish tails rock but there hard to get so worms power bait eggs.
Bring spinners and some soft plastic as well.

Small Rat-L-Traps work well for trout in the fall. And at Hagg you may nail a largemouth or smallmouth bass, also. Cast them out and leave the bail open until it hits bottom then start reeling them in at a slow staedy pace ticking the rocks as you go. Any fish down there should hit that especially with the cooling water temps. Good Luck.
