Summer fishing
Bummer Glen, all that planning and effort. It seems like summer used to be the time to vacation in the mountains, swimming, fishing and camping. I have changed my yearly trip from the summer to early spring for the last 5 years for this reason. Even early spring can be nasty at times, this year we went the first week of June and the lakes we visited (Crane, Wickiup, Lava,Davis) all had the beginnings of algea and much warmer water temps. Hopefully you can still get some Koke angling in later in the year.
