I figured you didn't mean eat the guts Cooking it like that I suppose might add some flavor, I just usually don't cook any kind of meat without some sort of preparation. I actually have fun prepping it. It's fun to get creative.

Haha...my dad gets excited everytime I bring home carp for him. But by then he's usually already drunk, so he washes it and plops it on the grill. Then after it's done he puts his olive oil and chive with a little bit of salt, concoction on the flesh after pulling away the skin.

Post Stuffing Trout...

I like to stuff fish with things and then put the fish in a sealed tent made of aluminum foil; you know lemon, butter maybe some fresh onion or basil with just a sprinkling of lemon pepper. About 5 min on a hot grill and flip for another 4 min. "Done"
Nice to hear of new ways to prepare fish...

Awww prepping fish drunk is the BEST! You know, seeing two knives and trying to figure out which one is real!
