Jessals Fishing

I am headed to Banks in early April and am looking for some tips on what is happening. I'm not gonna have much time so I am trying to get a game plan and fill in the where and what to use. I'm looking to do some bank fishing, and am game for whatever. It would be pretty cool to get a chance at some Stergen (we don't see to many up this way) but am up for anything! I'm trying to get an idea of what to target so I can start packing my gear.
