Question Cedar Creek Hatchery Three Rivers

Hello all. New to the website and really enjoy it...Recently my parents built a house on the three rivers in Hebo upstream from the Cedar Creek Hatchery. Now they aren't big on fishing, But you can bet that I'm going to be there alot and make up for it. I've tried to do some research on the three rivers tributary but haven't had much luckon the internet. My main concern is that in my research I've read that fishing from the hatchery to the Nestucca is good fishing but I can't find any information regarding fishing upstream from the hatchery. I'm mainly a fly fisherman and would be happy with trout, but if there is salmon and steelie's above the hatchery that would be great also. But for all I know there isn't either. If any of you could help me with info on this subject it would be greatly appreciated.

If there is a wild run than it would stand to reason that there are some fish above the hatchery provided it is navigaeble for fish...or maybe I am missing something
