Default Fly fishing Grand Ronde

I'm looking at booking a trip to fly fish the Grand Ronde. Has anyone fly fished the Ronde in either NE Oregon or SW Washington lately? Anyone heard of Dennis Dickson Flyfishing and possibly have fished with him or his guides?

I fished above Boggins Oasis and caught a few nice rainbows in the 12-15 inch range. I actually did better when I switched to a green panther martin on a spin rod. I have heard of him, not good actually, they did not elaborate but it just sounded like he was a bit of a jerk, but got them on fish. Call Boggins oasis, a resturant on the river and the owner can give you some advice on a guide. Good luck

I didn't get much of a response from my question in this forum so I went through a Washington forum and got a ton of responses. A lot was good and several were that he wasn't a nice guy. So many were good that we booked a trip and I guess we'll draw lots to see who goes with him if he even guides. Thanks for your response. Woodfan
