Fished 3 eves last week, 9 fish. Use may-fly or mosquito just before dark. Might try after dark for browns as well.

Just check out the ODFW map. This site is split just like that one.
Unless you have "special regs" on the water you are fishing, fishing for trout after dark is illegal in Oregon. You can chase coarse fish and catfish in the dark
