I'm not sure about Lost Lake but when did they move Hood River from Central Oregon? :P

Just check out the ODFW map. This site is split just like that one.
Unless you have "special regs" on the water you are fishing, fishing for trout after dark is illegal in Oregon. You can chase coarse fish and catfish in the dark

this lake is awesome to fish in early spring. go to the rock slide at the far end of the lake, and use just about any bait with shrimp or crawfish oil. we tore em up a few years back.
