Exclamation Sunday Morning mission

Spent the morning at Cougar Res., man that water is just perfect. The color, and clarity are unbelievable. Water temp. at the launch was 47 degrees and at the rivers mouth a mer 40 degrees. The fishing was slow, rained quite abit yesterday and this morning, mega inflow. I did manage to catch a few little guy's, and return them to fight another day. Met Mokai up there, he was breaking in a new camper and doing a bit of angling too. Fished mainly in the back of the lake, some fish rising to the surface around noon. Caught a very nice Cut Throat near the surface on a gold Cleo spoon, man I love the wobble in that lure. Sorry no pictures with this post, got some of the scenery will try to post later today. All and all a good day, I didn't fall in the lake and caught some fish...........life is good.
