I might go there in august, theres another thread that casting Kastmasters will hook the trout and steelhead in the lake. If you want some really small fish, take a net, dip a worm or powerbait off the dock, lots of small trout should swim up and circle it. Take a small net.

Theres also plenty of panfish I think near the lotuses and lily pads, they are on the far side of the lake and the lotus leaves can cut your raft and line, so be careful. In the summer, the trout jump like CRAZY!!! They are just so small though. One here, one there, but they are too small so you cant catch em. Deeper in, I think there are bass and steelhead and bigger trout. If you go, tell us what its like please, My dad loves the camping site in Fort Steven, so were like for sure to go. Good luck!
