Does anybody know of ponds or other rarely fished places that hold good size bass with access either by talking to the land owner or just a public place that nobody fish's?

Try Ollala Lake by Toledo Oregon going toward Newport. This is a trolling motor only lake so no water skiers or jet skis.It has some huge bass in there.I have seen them schooled together and it is nothing to see 5-6 hanging togehter in the 3-5lb range.Water is usally clear so light line helps.Crank baits with long cast work good.Havgent been there yet this year but usally go every year

Mill ponds are some of my favorite seldom-fished bodies of water. Some of them hold unbelievable amounts of good-sized bass. Try some close to wherever you live; if you have a canoe or other small floating device you might be surprised, depending on the specific pond. Be careful though, some mill ponds have been contaminated with chemicals. If you catch a bass with three eyes make sure you post pics.

If you have a boat, try google mapping the Willamette. Below Hyak park between Albany and Corvallis there is a great slough, but if your boat is too large you won't be able to get past the weeds. About a mile and a 3/4 above the ferry at Buena Vista the Luckiamute flows in and there are some pretty nice smallmouth up in there.
