Cook Park in Tigard (Tualatin River) has good access for fishing. Largmouth Bass, Trout, Catfish , Carp, Bluegill, and Perch.

St Louis ponds outside of Gervais is where I fish year round for largemouth.

Or try Wilsonville Pond. This one is just south of the I-5 rest stop near Wilsonville. I have caught bass up to 4lbs and broke off a larger one. If fishing from the shore beware of poison oak on the SW side of the lake.
